Genesis-IBRC is an extension (public-private basis) of Agri Biotech Foundation which is evolved on the basis of successful execution of a long term research programme called Andhra Pradesh Netherlands Biotechnology Programme (APNLBP) funded by the Government of the Netherlands between 1995 and 2010.
