The company was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company in the name & style of Shubh Paper Moulding Private Limited with the Registrar of Companies, Punjab, Himalchal Pradesh, and Chandigarh at Jallandhar vide Certificate of Incorporation dated December 05, 1990. Later on the company changed its object clause and name to Shubh International Limited on January 24, 1996 and obtained fresh certificate of commencement of Business from the Registrar of Companies. Further, the company changed its name to Geetanjali Credit and Capital Limited on July 01, 2002.
