Ganon Products Ltd. was incorporated as Ganon Trading & Finance Co. Limited on July 02, 1985 as a Public limited company under the Companies Act, 1956 vide Certificate of Registration No. 36708 of 1985 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai. Further, the Company was issued a Certificate for Commencement of Business pursuant to section 149 (3) of the said Act on July 11, 1985 by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai. The Registered Office of the Company was situated at 401A, Natwar Chambers, 94, Nagindas Master Road, Fort, Mumbai as on the date of incorporation and at present it is situated at Unit No. 1207, B-Wing, One Bkc Building, Plot No. C-66, Bandra Kurla Copmlex, Mumbai - 400 051. On January 20, 1987, the Equity Shares of the Company were listed on Bombay Stock Exchange i.e. BSE Limited.
The Company has changed its name from Ganon Trading & Finance Co. Limited to Ganon Products Limited vide special resolution passed on February 15, 2018. Company has also received Fresh Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to Name Change from Registrar of Companies, Mumbai dated February 23, 2018.
Business area of the company
The company is mainly engaged in Trading Business of Commodities more specifically in Cotton, Fabrics, Steel, Metal, Coal etc domestically and internationally. The Company is exploring various options to improve margins of the Company, by having tight control on expenses & exploring various business activities.
