Ficon Lease and Finance, was incorporated on October 31, 1994 as a public limited company and obtained the certificate of commencement of business on March 31, 1995 with its main object to carry on the business of leasing, finance & investment, bill discounting, financing of industrial, manufacturing & business, loan syndication, financial consultancy & merchant banking activities.

The company has made an application for registration as a non-banking finance company (NBFC) to Reserve Bank of India (RBI) under category of Non Banking Financial Companies [Reserve Bank Directions] 1997 issued by the Reserve Bank of India. The company has concluded the bought out deals worth Rs 67.50 lakh and concluded the syndication of bills discounting to the extent of Rs 25 crore, working capital term loans to the extent of Rs 5 crore and NCD syndication to the extent of Rs 10 crore.

The company is presently engaged in various fund based and non fund based financial services activities viz. syndication of bills discounting, loan syndication, lease finance & syndication, sub-broking activities in the primary and secondary capital market operation and public issue financing.
