The Company was incorporated as Amigos Trading and Commerce Private Limited on June 15, 2015 under the Companies Act, 2013, with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. The name of the Company was changed to Galactico Corporate Services Private Limited and the name change certificate was issued on April 04, 2017. The status of the Company was changed to public limited and the name of the Company was changed to Galactico Corporate Services Limited vide Special Resolution dated October 09, 2018. The fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to conversion was issued on November 06, 2018 by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.

Galactico also works as an advisor, manager and consultant to an issue. It is also a SEBI authorised category-I merchant banker offering IPO advisory, debt syndication, Takeovers, Business Modeling, Merger & Acquisitions services, etc. The company provides such services to small and mid-sized enterprises (SMEs).

• 2018: Changed the status of the Company from Private to Public i.e. Galactico Corporate Services Limited.
