The Company Dynamic Portfolio Management & Services was incorporated as a public limited company under the Companies Act 1956 on 11th May 1994, with the registrar of Companies, west Bengal at Calcutta.

The Company is a RBI Registered Non Banking Financial Company (NBFC). The company has entered into the capital markets. It has made its maiden IPO in May 1995. The company's investors has shown tremendous faith in the management of the company.

Business Background

The company is in to the Business of lending its surplus fund in to the Capital and Money Market as well as to lending money to Corporate and HNIs.
