The Company was incorporated as 'Diggi Securities Private Limited' under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 on December 1, 2010, issued by Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai. Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed from 'Diggi Securities Private Limited' to 'DiggiMultitrade Limited' vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated June 5, 2014. The Company was converted from a private limited company to a public limited company vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion to public limited company dated June 18, 2014 issued by Deputy Registrar of Companies, Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra.

The company is engaged in real estate trading and related activities comprising flats and land. They are trading in real estate by way of acquiring interests in various real estate projects such as flats and land where they purchase the flat from the builders and is sold to a third party at a price higher than the price originally paid by them to the builder.

Business area of the Company:

The company was initially engaged in securities trading in stock markets. By 2013-14 it had forayed into trading of fabrics, real estate, allied activities and construction material. Company's business activities are concentrated in certain areas of Mumbai suburbs such as Mira Road and Naigaon. They are in process of establishing their presence in other areas of Mumbai suburbs.
