Dhanlaxmi Group started the textile business in the year 1975. In 1984 it started its weaving unit at Ichalkaranji. Dhanlaxmi Fabrics Ltd. (DFL) the flagship company of the group was formed in the year 1992-93. The main activity of the company is processing and marketing of fabrics, yarn and manufacturing of fabrics and garments for exports.

DFL is leading fabric & yarn processing company. DFL is in the processing business for more than 14 years and it got listed in 1994.

Dhanlaxmi Fabrics' weaving and processing base is set up over 130000 Sq. Ft. area in the following locations.

a) Fabric and yarn processing unit located in Dombivli, Dist. - Thane, Maharashtra 40 Kms. from Mumbai b) Weaving factory of 32 Sulzer Looms located at Ichalkaranji, the well known power loom city of Maharashtra, India.

Dhanlaxmi Fabrics is a one stop shop for the garment exporters, fabric exporters and local garment manufacturers.

Fabric:

Width upto 63” made from 100% cotton, 100% viscose, 100% polyester, blended, lycra as pure white, reactive or vat dyed, pigment, reactive, prints, disperse or dischange print with finishes as required by customer.

Yarn:

Pure white, reactive or vat dyed cotton, rayon, polyester or blended yarn.

Clientele:

The company’s main customers are the garment manufacturers and exporters which finally supply to retail giants Wal Mart, J C Penny etc and export to the US, UK and other countries.

The company is having Oko-Tex Standard 100 Certificate given by Testex Zurich. The company is having capabilities to meet all European & American Standards as regards to usage of eco friendly , azo free dyes & colour chemicals.
