Dhanalaxmi Roto Spinners was originally incorporated as a private company on September11, 1987. Subsequently, it was converted into a public sector company on November, 5, 1992. The company was promoted by Ramakant Inani and Srikant Inani. The registered office of the company is situated at Andhra Pradesh, India.
