The company was incorporated as ‘Deep Polymers Private Limited’ on September 13, 2005 under the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Gujarat. The status of the company was changed to a public limited company and the name of the company was further changed to ‘Deep Polymers Limited’ by a special resolution passed on March 15, 2018. A fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to the change of name was granted to the company on April 06, 2018, by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad at Gujarat.

Business area of the Company:

The company is engaged in manufacturing colour and additive master batches for engineering plastics and compounds that includes wide range of quality products like antifab fillers, transparent fillers, colour fillers, which is used as cost effective replacements for polymers and acts as anti-fibrillating, anti-blocks, anti-slip agents.

Major Events & Milestones:

• 2005: Incorporation of the company as ‘Deep Polymers Private Limited’.
  
• 2015: The Gujarat Energy Development Agency (GEDA) has permitted the Company to set up wind energy based power project located at Dwarka, Jamnagar.
  
• 2016: The company became member of the Plastics Export Promotion Council which is sponsored by Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India.
  
• 2018: Conversion of the company from Private Company to Public Company.
