At the meetings of Board & Shareholders held on August 23, 2014 & September 29, 2014 respectively, MOA & AOA were amended and Certificate of Registration of the Special Resolution Confirming Alteration of Object Clause(s) dated November 17, 2014 received from ROC by Company to carry out the principal business of Gems & Jewellery, Bullion, etc. Now, the Company has discontinued to carry on its principal business and continued the business as a Real Estate, Broker, Agents, Service Providers, Consultants, etc.
