The name of the company was changed to ‘Deccan Transcon Leasing Private Limited’, and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated July 12, 2013, was issued by the RoC, Andhra Pradesh. The company was then converted into a public limited company under the Companies Act, 2013, and consequently, the name of the Company was changed to ‘Deccan Transcon Leasing Limited’, and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated March 27, 2024, was issued by the RoC.
