The Company was originally formed as a Partnership Firm under the Indian Partnership Act, 1932 in the name and style of ‘DC Infotech’ pursuant to partnership deed dated April 01, 1998 at Mumbai, Maharashtra. Further the Partnership Firm was converted into Public Limited Company ‘DC Infotech and Communication Limited’ on January 15, 2019 pursuant to Part I of Chapter XXI of the Companies Act, 2013 vide certificate of incorporation issued by Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre.

Business area of the Company:

The company is engaged in reselling and distribution business of computers, and computer peripherals. The company operates on broad-based distribution model where it deals with multiple brand strategy and different products. DC Infotech supplies IT products such as networking, security, firewall's, desktop virtualizanion, broadband, surveillance, wireless, digital signage, power solutions and others like cloud security, digital performance, network performance, and enterprise security.
