Kautilya Portfolio Services : Formed in January,1995 to carry the share broking activities. The company has acquired in 1997 The Hyderabad Stock Exchange main broker membership. In 2007 it acquired Inter Connected Stock Exchange Membership. Currently it is in cliental business in shares trading in National Stock Exchange and Bombay Stock Exchanges.

Swagruha Infrastructure: This company was formed in the year 1994. The main objective was manufacturing polymers and later on it went for public Issue and listed on HSE & BSE. The company has changed its main objectives to infrastructure, construction and real estate in the year 2007.

Swagruha Estates: This company was formed in the year 1996. This company has sold more than 10 lakh square yards to five thousand customers.

Kautilya Bhavana Creations: The company was formed in 1997 and successfully telecasted a mega serial called “Priyasakhi” in Gemini Television for two years. This serial was well received by the viewers. It has won “NANDI” awards in two categories. This serial was directed by Smt.Vadderaju Laxmi Sharath. Later it was dubbed into Tamil as “Priyamanaval” telecasted in Jaya TV.

Katilya Mutual Benefit Fund: Formed in 1994 under NIDHI’s act for deposits acceptance and other financial activities between the members. Its activities were till 1997 when RBI brought new guidelines. Presently this Company is not carrying any activities.

Milestones and achievements:

• The Promoters also diversified into making Television serials which were screened on popular channels. “Priya Sakhi” aired on GEMINI TV had won “Nandi Awards” in two categories. Priyamanaval (tamil dubbed) telecasted in Jaya T.V.
• Swagruha Infrastructure, backed by experienced professionals has already etched its mark in the Real Estate with successful ventures of Swagruha Enclave, Swagruha Paradise-I, Swagruha Paradise-II & Swagruha Seven Hills.
