Chavda Infra was originally formed and registered as a Private Limited under the Companies Act, 1956 (Companies Act) in the name and style of ‘Chavda Infra Private Limited’ on October 8, 2012. Later, the company was converted into a Public Limited Company pursuant to shareholders resolution passed at Extra-ordinary General Meeting of the company held on May 12, 2023 and the name of the company was changed to ‘Chavda Infra Limited’.

The company is integrated civil construction company offering a diversified range of construction and allied services across residential, commercial and institutional projects. It provides its services across the construction value chain, ranging from planning and design to construction and post-construction activities to its clients. The company is ISO 9001:2015 certified for quality management system by BCQ Assessment. The quality certification is towards construction of commercial, residential, institutional buildings. 

It has in-house capabilities to deliver a project from conceptualization to completion with fast turnaround time from acquisition to launch to completion, which focuses on de-risking and improving return on investment. Its core competence lies in professionally managing the real estate value chain and attracting and retaining talent to maximize value creation.

• 2012-13: The company was incorporated as a private limited company under the name ‘Chavda Infra Private Limited’.
• 2013-19: Entered high-rise construction, raising benchmarks in speed and quality
• 2020-22: In 2020, despite the pandemic, it upholds quality and launched Chavda RMC LLP
• 2022-23: The company has achieved Milestone of Rs 100 crore from Revenue from Operations.
• 2023-24: The company was converted into Public Limited Company under the name of ‘Chavda Infra Limited’.
• 2023-24: Launched IPO and initiated construction of skyscrapers surpassing 140 meters.
