Arihant Tournesol incorporated in 1991, is engaged in the business of edible oils and allied products. The Company is promoted by Shri Rajiv Kumar Sethi, an industrialist with wide experience gained in edible oils, general merchandise and textiles. The registered office is located at 74/1, Mardi Cross, Barsi Road, Bhogaon Village, North Solapur, Solapur-413007, Maharashtra.

The company has manufacturing capabilities in edible cooking oil and markets it under the brand name Sunari. Packaging of soya, groundnut, and sunflower oil is done in consumer packaging and in bulk for exports. The manufacturing facility is located at Solapur in Maharashtra.

The management was in the process of restructuring capital after a revival scheme got settled satisfactorily. In the meantime, the company is leasing out operations and tried other businesses to generate income.

It has been suspended from the BSE on account of non compliance with listing agreement clauses.
