Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company under the name and style Adithya Aquaculture Private Limited on August 28, 1991 as a Private Limited Company in the erstwhile state of Andhra Pradesh (now Telangana), Hyderabad and was later converted into a public Limited company with effect from April 4, 1994. Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed from 'Adithya Aquaculture Limited’ to 'Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited’ and consequent upon change of name, the Company obtained a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation from the Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana on December 9th 2015 after complying with the relevant provisions under the Companies Act, 2013.
