• 1995 - The Company has introduced courses in Computer Hardware and the response has been excellent.
• 1999 - The Company entered into strategic alliance partnership to pool the resources with .SRG Infotec (I) Ltd.
• 2005 - Bits Ltd forms a subsidiary with the name of 'BITS eServe Ltd' with the authorized capital of Rs 50 million for the purpose of starting BPO operations in India.

The company works in six different divisions viz; career training, corporate training, hardware maintenance training, software exports, multimedia training and placement services.

The career training division is associated with various associations like the Institute for Certifying Computer Professionals, US and American Council on Education, the Manufacturer`s Association for Information Technology Computer Traning Division and the Institute of Marketing and Management, India.
