Pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders of the company at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on June 05, 2019, the company’s name was changed to Billwin Industries Private Limited. A fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name was issued on July 09, 2019 by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. Subsequently, the company was converted into Public Limited Company pursuant to Shareholders resolution passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the company held on January 06, 2020 and the name of the company was changed to ‘Billwin Industries Limited’ and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion of company to Public Limited dated January 28, 2020 was issued by Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.
