Bheema Cements was incorporated on June 21, 1978, promoted by K. Radhakrishnaiah and Sikakollu Subba Rao. Andhra Pradesh Industrial Development Corporation Ltd. (APIDC) also participated in the equity capital of the company to the extent of 15% of the original issue.

Bheema Cements has been in the cement industry for over 22 years with Cement Plant located in Ramapuram Village, Nalgonda District AP Pin 508246. It has its own captive mines adjacent to the factory with proven reserves of 187 million tons. The Plant is 18 KM from NH-9 on Hyderabad – Vijayawada Highway. The nearest railway station is Jaggayapet on the Hyderabad Nadikudi line. The existing railway line from Jaggayapeta is being extended to Miryalaguda via Ramapuram near the plant giving access to rail transport.

Bheema Cements is installing a state of art ETA cooler from Claudius Peters Germany, which is a fifth generation cooler with Lowest maintenance, Longer production availability and highest heat recuperation reducing consumption of coal, which is being introduced for the first time in South India . The project has a Pre-heater tower at a height of 102 meters, entirely in steel having Twin calciner for the first time in the industry.

Bheema Cements will also be one of the very few Cement Manufacturing facilities to have Coal Stacker Re-claimer to improve the coal homogeneousness and improve the Productivity and Quality of clinker. Bheema Cements has a State of art laboratory facility which is among the best in Industry.

The company can supply cement for bulk requirements in unpacked (loose condition) form in 25 MT capacity trucks any where in South India, Maharashtra, Chattisgarh, Orissa and Jharkhand.
