Bhagyanagar Properties was incorporated on April 25, 2006 under the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, Hyderabad. The Honorable High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh sanctioned the Scheme of Arrangement vide its order dated November 21, 2016. Pursuant to which the ‘Real Estate Undertaking’ of Bhagyanagar India Limited merged with Bhagyanagar Properties Limited.

Business area of the company

The company is into business of real estate development. The company is fortunate to have most of its land situated at prime IT centers of the city where e-commerce companies thrive most of its business for better support and competitive edge. The Company has already commissioned a pilot project by constructing a warehouse. Presently the Company is having tenants like Big Basket & Amazon etc.

Pursuant to scheme of arrangement, the following Companies have become Subsidiaries of Bhagyanagar Properties w.e.f. 01.04.2016 (Appointed date):

(i) Scientia Infocom India Private Limited (shares held 76%)

(ii) Metropolitan Ventures India Limited (shares held 100%)
