BCL Industries and Infrastructure was incorporated as a private limited company on February 3, 1976 and was converted into a public limited company on September 3, 1992. The registered office is located at Bhatinda, Punjab.

The company is engaged in the business of extracting, manufacturing and marketing clarified butter and oil. The company manufactures vegetable, mustard, sunflower, cottonseed, soyabean and rice bran oils, clarified butter, oil cakes, stearic acid, acid oil, soap stock, and other products.

The factory at Bhatinda in Punjab has a solvent extraction capacity of 300 TPD and oil refining capacity of 100 TPD.

Awards:

As the third highest producer of refined rice bran oil for the year 2006-2007, it was honoured with the Shri B K Goenka-SEA Award for Refined Rice Bran Oil at the 10th National Seminar on Rice Bran Oil on June 30, 2007 at Chennai.
