Baroda, which offers backward area incentives and subsidy. The companyhas obtained certificate of commencement of Business December 23, 1991 from the office of the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat of Ahmedabad. 

It made its public issue in the year 1993. The registered office of the company is located at Tundav Rania Road, Village Anjesar, Taluka Savli Vadodara, Gujarat.
