Antarctica, ISO 9002 certified company, was incorporated as a private limited company on June 5, 1991. The company was converted into a public limited company on March 10, 1993, and got the current name on Jan. 21, 1998.

The company is engaged in printing and packaging material. It manufactures conventional and lined cartons and pre-press designing, printing of wrappers, cartons, labels, children books, health-related literature and journals and greeting cards. It prints greeting cards for UNICEF and other UN agencies.

The Company exports its products to Sri Lanka, the United Arab Emirates, Russia, Kazakhstan, and Nepal, among others.
