With the introduction of two more persons in the business namely Dhananjay Subhash Goel and Neha Anshu Goel on March 17, 2018, the company has converted the Proprietorship firm into a Partnership firm. Subsequently it has converted the Partnership firm into a Company in the name and style of Alphalogic Techsys Limited on December 13, 2018 vide Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Pune, Maharashtra.
