The company was originally incorporated as ‘Airan Consultants Private Limited’ on April 19, 1995 under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956 with a certificate of Incorporation issued by Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Haveli at Ahmedabad. Later on, the name of the company was changed to ‘Airan Private Limited’ on January 4, 2017 with certificate of incorporation pursuant to change of name issued by Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad. Consequent up on the conversion of the company into public limited company, the name of the company was changed to ‘Airan Limited’ and fresh certificate of incorporation dated January 18, 2017 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad.
