Beekay Niryat was incorporated on June 6, 1975, in state of West Bengal. It was incorporated as Giri Finance & Trading which was changed to Beekay Niryat on May 4, 2001 pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgamation dated January 15, 2001 with nine Companies.
