Supremex Shine Steels was formerly known as ‘ICVL Steel Limited’ incorporated on March 04, 2011 as a Public Limited Company. Pursuant to the scheme of arrangement between Intellivate Capital Ventures, Intellivate Capital Advisors, ICVL Chemicals and ICVL Steels, the steel division of Intellivate Capital Ventures was demerged to ICVL Steels. The scheme of arrangement between Intellivate Capital Ventures, Intellivate Capital Advisors, ICVL Chemicals and ICVL Steels has been approved by the High Court of Bombay.

The company received the Certificate of Commencement of Business on July 07, 2011. The equity shares of the company are listed on BSE Limited after getting their in-principal approval, with effect from November 08, 2012. Name of the company had been changed to ‘Supremex Shine Steels Limited’.
