Ad-Manum Finance was originally incorporated in May 1986 with the name of ‘Agarwal Warehousing & Leasing Limited’. Thereafter name of the company was changed to ‘Ad-Manum Finance Limited’ with effect from June 1992.

The company was started with an objective to provide short and medium term advances in the form of loan/hire purchase finance, bill discounting, factoring through channel/DSA business etc.

The company is a non banking finance company registered under Reserve Bank of India. The company also operates 24 marketing offices located in states of Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Tamil Nadu.

Presently the company is mainly into financing of old and new vehicles of HCVs, LCVs, MUVs, cars and three-wheelers

The company is currently working under flagship of ‘Agarwal Group’. The group was established in the year 1975 and has business presence in trading, education, entertainment sector viz. trading of coal, lignite, transportation, warehousing, finance, real state & leasing, packaging, flour mill, cold storage, international standard schools and institute of technology, village resort and generation of electricity by setting up a wind energy mill.
