Ace India Ltd., formerly known as ACE Integrated Finance Limited (AIFL) was incorporated on October 4, 1993 as a public limited company under the Companies Act, 1956 and registered with the Registrar of Companies, Delhi & Haryana. The company received the Certificate for Commencement of Business issued by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi & Haryana on November 18, 1993.

The company was initially engaged in the business of Leasing, Bill Discounting and investment in shares and securities and providing financial and management consultancy services.  The Company has recently got the SEBI Registration as a Category III Merchant Bankers. The main activity of the company also included providing Project preparation and appraisal, arranging Project financing and corporate advisory services.

The company has now diversified into merchant banking services and is already providing project consultancy services to different projects. The company now plans to start the business of providing underwriting support to act as managers to the issue.
