ABans Enterprises, formerly known as Matru-Smriti Traders (hereinafter referred as 'the Company') a limited company, listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India Limited (MSEI) was incorporated in February, 1985. The company has been taken over by Abhishek Bansal pursuant to an open offer which resulted in change of control. Pursuant to the change in control of the Company, the Company has become a part of ABans Group of Companies and hence to reflect the group name, the name of the Company has been changed from Matru-Smriti Traders Limited to ABans Enterprises Limited. Abhishek Bansal is the promoter of ABans Group of Companies. The company is managed by competent and professional Board comprising of five directors; out of which three are Independent Directors and Abhishek Bansal is the Managing Director.
