The Equity Shares of the Company is currently listed on Bombay Stock Exchange & Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited.

The Company obtained Registration as Category-B, Non-Banking Financial Company, with effect from February 20, 2008, and has been regular in filing all the Compliance related to RBI, wherein the Company was permitted to carry on the business of financing Industrial Enterprises and to make loans, give guarantees, and provide securities to any other company. Thus, the Company is a Public Limited Company registered under the provision of Companies Act, 1956, listed on Bombay Stock Exchange & Calcutta Stock Exchange and also a Non-Banking Financial Company registered with Reserve bank of India.
