The company was originally incorporated as ‘7NR Retail Private Limited’ on December 21, 2012, under the Companies Act, 1956 engaged in the business of trading of apparels in the wholesale and retail segments. Consequent upon conversion into Public Limited Company the name of the company was changed to ‘7NR Retail Limited’ on March 22, 2017 and fresh certificate of incorporation was obtained from the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad in Gujarat on March 22, 2017.

Currently company is supplying and marketing all sizes of Kids Garments in attractive designs with eco-friendly products. The company operates in two segments, Retail and Wholesale. The Retail segment trades in kids garments. This segment operates and manages four retail stores for kids’ apparel under the Gini & Jony brand. The Wholesale segment is involved in the wholesale trade of suitings, shirtings, and other textile products, as well as kids’ garments, such as uniforms and other fabrics. Currently, 7NRR operates and manages four retail stores exclusively for kids apparel brand ‘Gini & Jony’ across the state of Gujarat. It is also selling shirting and suiting under wholesale segment.
