• 2008- IIFL Wealth was born. Largest structured note issuance of its time

• 2011- Acquired Pune-based Finest Wealth Advisors, adding Rs 1700 crore to AUM
  
• 2012- Reached the Rs. 25000 crore landmark in AUM
  
• 2013- Acquired an Asset Management company and Private Equity firm; launched zero fixed, only success fee based AIF
  
• 2014- Took lead in the Alternative Investment Fund space. The size of this business crossed Rs 5,400 crore
  
• 2015- General Atlantic picks up 21.61% stake in IIFL Investment Managers and this investment is seen as an endorsement to the quality of the team built over the years
  
• 2016- Acquired an NBFC, infusing `900 cr as capital, and renamed it IIFL Wealth Finance
  
• 2017- Assets under Management Distribution and Advice crosses Rs 120,000 crore (Rs 121 billion) as on  March 31, 2017
  
• 2018- Announced demerger, paving the way for IIFL Wealth as a separately listed entity
  
• 2019- IIFL Wealth & Asset Management gets listed on NSE and BSE.
  
• 2019- IIFL Wealth enters into a definitive agreement to acquire L&T Capital Markets, a wholly owned subsidiary of L&T Finance Holdings.
