In the year 2019, there has been change in the Control & Management of the Company pursuant to successful completion of Open Offer by the Acquirers (Mr. Yatin Gupte & others) on September 24, 2019.

Shares of the Company got listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange on February 27, 2015 subsequently the name has since been changed to Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Limited on June 9, 2020.
