The company was originally incorporated as ‘G G Engineering Private Limited’ in Mumbai, Maharashtra under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated January 23, 2006 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra. The company was converted in to a Public Limited Company and consequently the name was changed to ‘G G Engineering Limited’ vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated 3rd April, 2017 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra. 
G G Engineering has been established to cater rising demand of quality sheet metal and heavy steel products. Over a period of ten years it is equipped with all facilities to execute all types of manufacturing activities such as punching, forming, shearing, bending, fabrication, welding & assembly etc. It also undertakes servicing and annual maintenance contract for DG sets off all makes.

The company’s major customers include Sonali Electrical Sales & Service, R M S International Private Ltd, Raman General Pvt Ltd, Bondre Associates, ATR Enterprises, Prashant Electricals, Ashok Khandelwal, Kumar & Kumar Associates, Ms. Proviso Group, Gupta Builders and Developers.
