Kaarya Facilities And Services was originally incorporated as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956 pursuant to a certificate of incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai dated February 3, 2009 with the name ‘Kaarya Facilities and Services Private Limited’. Subsequently, the Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to approval of the shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting held on July 31, 2017 and consequently, the name of the Company was changed to ‘Kaarya Facilities and Services Limited’ and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion to public limited company was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai on August 14, 2017.

They are a leading integrated Facilities and Property Management company. They are offering their expertise to corporate, SMEs, Government institutions and Residential Segments. They offer specialized Cleaning and Hygiene services, Housekeeping, Pantry, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Handyman services - repair & maintenance), Pest Control, Landscaping, Guest House management to Façade cleaning.

Business area of the Company:

Currently majority of the Company’s revenues is from deployment of personnel for soft services comprising of housekeeping services, help desk management, office administration executives, and pantry & steward services. They are increasingly being perceived as office & building management partners by their clients, thus gradually also developing into suppliers of all aspects of building maintenance and operations services including technical services & other hard services such as tank cleaning, pest control, contracts management & more. They also work towards women empowerment and employment of disable people wherever it is possible and client is also agreeable.
