The company is engaged in the manufacture of Active Pharmaceutical ingredients (API’s), Intermediates and Nutraceutical ingredients with predominance in exports. In addition to generics, the Company, through its custom synthesis, supports innovator pharma companies for their patented products business right from gram scale requirements for clinical trials to launch as well as late life cycle management.  The Company has two wholly owned subsidiaries which are Divis Laboratories (USA) Inc in USA and Divi’s Laboratories Europe AG in Switzerland; engaged in marketing/distribution of nutraceutical ingredients used in the food, beverage, dietary supplement, feed and pet food industries providing a greater reach to customers within these regions.

Business Segments

Generic APIs: Divi’s is a global leader in large-volume Generic APIs, offering a carefully selected portfolio of 30 commercially manufactured products, each produced in volumes ranging from 10s to 100s/1000s tons annually. This scale places Divi’s among the largest API manufacturers in the world.

Custom Synthesis: Design and development of synthesis routes for Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), Advanced Intermediates and Regulatory Starting Materials (RSMs). Seamless process scale-up from kilo lab to commercial scale driven by a Quality by Design (QbD) approach. Proven expertise in complex chemistries, multi- step synthesis, green chemistry implementation through flow chemistry, biocatalysis, photochemistry, all underpinned by rigorous safety protocols.

Nutraceuticals: Divi’s Nutraceutical Facility, located at the Unit II manufacturing site, is an integrated setup for the production of active ingredients and finished forms of carotenoids. The facility includes a full-fledged R&D center, along with an Application Testing and Support Facility. Divi’s manufactures over 100 distinct forms of carotenoids and vitamins, supplying high-quality ingredients to leading food, dietary supplement, and animal feed manufacturers worldwide. Its product offerings are supported by complete backward integration, extensive experience in molecular synthesis, and localised technical support for international customers.
