Operating in 51 cities across India, UAE, and Singapore (excluding its joint venture in Saudi Arabia), the company connects consumers with trained, background-verified professionals for services such as cleaning, plumbing, electrical work, appliance repair, beauty treatments, and wellness services. Beyond services, Urban Company has expanded into home solutions under its in-house brand ‘Native’, offering water purifiers and electronic door locks. It also empowers its service partners by providing training, tools, financing, insurance, and branding support, thereby enhancing both quality of delivery and professional earnings. By June 30, 2025, the company had 54,347 average monthly active service professionals, operating across 12,000 service micro-markets. Revenue streams include platform service charges from consumers, sales of consumables/tools to professionals, and Native product sales to customers.
