About Company

**Smarten Power Systems Limited** is a Gurgaon-based company, incorporated in 2014, engaged in designing, assembling, and trading a wide range of power backup and solar energy products under its own brand, *SMARTEN*. The company’s product portfolio includes Home UPS systems, solar inverters, solar power conditioning units (PCUs), solar charge controllers, solar panels, and inverter batteries. With operations spanning across 23 states and 2 union territories in India, Smarten also has a growing global presence, exporting to 17 countries across the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia. The company operates through a network of 382 distributors and 52 service centers, supported by 252 employees as of May 2025. It offers 372 SKUs across six product categories, backed by strong R\&D capabilities and a focus on innovation. Smarten is currently expanding its manufacturing capacity with a new facility in Jhajjar, Haryana, which will double its daily production from 600 to 1,200 units. Approximately 66.51% of its revenue comes from domestic operations, while 33.49% is generated through exports. The company has shown steady financial growth, with a 2% increase in revenue and a 13% rise in profit after tax in FY25 compared to FY24. Smarten is launching an SME IPO worth ₹50 crore in July 2025, comprising a fresh issue of ₹40.01 crore and an offer for sale of ₹10 crore. The proceeds will be used for expanding manufacturing infrastructure, reducing debt, managing working capital, and general corporate purposes. Smarten is well-positioned to benefit from India’s growing solar energy sector, driven by supportive policies and rising demand for clean energy solutions.
