  • andGeneral Corporate Purposes.

Highlights

  • PAT increased 115% and revenue rose 53% YoY (FY24–FY25), indicating robust business performance.
  • Located close to raw material sources and consumption centers in Bihar, enabling logistical and cost advantages.
  • Products cater to multiple industries and geographies (Nepal, Bangladesh), reducing dependency risk.
  • Ties with reputed clients like Emami Paper and Century Pulp & Paper add credibility and revenue stability.
  • Margins and returns (ROE, ROCE) are healthy and improving, supporting investor confidence.

Challenges

  • Despite good earnings, high debt levels can limit financial flexibility and pose repayment risks.
  • While diversified across sectors, any decline in demand from key industries (like paper or food processing) may impact revenue.
  • Dependent on maize prices; volatility in raw material costs can squeeze margins.
  • Exports to Bangladesh and Nepal expose it to cross-border regulations, tariffs, and political risks.
  • Post-issue P/E of 21.98 and P/B of 6.18 may seem high compared to peers, which could limit near-term listing gains.
