About Company

Brigade Hotel Ventures Limited (BHVL) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Brigade Enterprises Limited (BEL), one of India’s top real estate developers. BHVL is engaged in owning and developing premium hotels across key South Indian cities. As of March 31, 2025, it owns and operates nine hotels with a total of 1,604 keys, across Bengaluru, Chennai, Kochi, Mysuru, and GIFT City (Gujarat). Its properties are managed by top global hospitality brands like Marriott, Accor, and InterContinental Hotels Group. BHVL focuses on offering a comprehensive guest experience, including fine dining, MICE facilities, spas, pools, and gyms. In FY25, it reported a 16% YoY revenue growth but a 24% decline in PAT. The IPO aims to raise funds for debt repayment, land acquisition from the parent BEL, and future acquisitions.
