In FY22, Apollo tyre's Q4 profit was Rs. 113 crores. Whereas in FY21, the same Q4 quarter, the profit was Rs. 287 crores.

"He attributed the increase in consolidated revenue to the robust demand in its European operations, especially in Q4, and India's healthy growth in exports.

Regarding Apollo shares, the Board of Apollo tyres has recommended a Dividend Payout of Rs. 3.25 per equity share (325%), which is to be approved by the shareholders at the next annual general meeting.

In Q3, the company posted a consolidated revenue of Rs. 6,928 crore, reflecting a 5% growth compared to the same period last year.
